One Crust Sugarfree Golden Apple Pie

Ingredientes

  •     LIGHT SINGLE PIE CRUST PASTRY:
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Diet margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn oil
  • 5 c. Golden brown delicious apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Undiluted apple juice concentrate, defrosted
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp Grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 pch Salt, optional
  • 6 pkt Low-calorie sweetener, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Stir flour. baking pwdr and salt together. Cut in the margarine and oil with a pastry knife or possibly 2 forks; knead lightly till pastry forms a ball.
  2. Flatten, wrap and refrigerate1 hour. Flour a pastry board and roll as thin as possible with a floured roller. Gently fit pastry into an 8-inch nonstick pie pan that has been liberally sprayed with cooking spray. Stir remaining ingredients, EXCEPT sweetener, together, spoon into pie shell. Cover mix with another smaller inverted pie pan or possibly a circle of aluminum foil cut to fit. Bake in preheated 375 oven just till crust is golden brown and apples are tender. Remove from oven; uncover filling and cold 5 min or possibly more, then sprinkle the filling proportionately with no-calorie sweetener. Serve hot or possibly cold.
