One Pan Chicken and Veggie Bake

A special supper that takes minutes to prepare and the oven does all the work. One Pan clean-up!

Ingredientes

  • 2 Whole boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
  • One Large Sweet potato
  • 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1/4 head Cabbage
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Stock (low sodium)
  • Dash of Garlic Powder
  • Dash of onion salt
  • Black pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut Chicken breasts in half and sear each piece in olive oil for a few minutes transfer to a large skillet
  2. Cut and cube sweet potato, Add cut Yukon gold potatoes, add seasonings, vegetable stock, cut cabbage onion, cover with foil and place into a 375 F hot oven and bake 35 minutes undisturbed
  3. Voila-supper is served!
