One Skillet Spaghetti

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb grnd round or possibly chuck or possibly 1/4 lb Italian sausage and 1/2 lb grnd beef
  • 3 stalk celery, minced
  • 2 x green onions, minced
  • 1 x (14 1/2 ounce.) can stewed Italian Tomatoes
  • 2 x (8 ounce.) cans Italian style or possibly Garlic tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 x (4 ounce.) can liquid removed mushrooms, sliced or possibly stems and pcs
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 4 ounce thin spaghetti, broken in 3rds

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef and or possibly sausage, add in warm water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, celery, onions, mushrooms, oregano. Stir and fold in skillet , till everything is incorporated well, then add in broken spaghetti. ( I add in about a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil after the spaghetti keeps it from sticking together, and stir well again) Cover and simmer for 20 min. Serve with garlic bread and a nice salad and which's all there is to it.
  2. Makes a fast meal, easy to combine, all food groups covered. Plus you can add in garlic if desired it a little more heavily flavored or possibly I add in extra oregano and garlic.
