Ingredientes

  • 250 gm Unsalted butter
  • 500 gm Onglet
  • 200 gm Shallots
  • 500 ml Red wine
  • 500 ml Veal stock
  • 1 bn Flat parsley
  • 4 lrg Waxy potatoes
  • 125 gm Butter
  • 250 ml Chicken stock

Direcciones

  1. Fry onglet with the butter. Add in shallots, then wine, then veal stock, finish with parsley and keep hot.
  2. Make fondant potatoes with remaining ingredients and serve all.
