Ingredientes

  • 6 lrg Onions - sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Dark muscavado sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Ginger preserve
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
  • 1 sm Glass of dry white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Minced fresh sage

  1. 1 Soften the onion in oil - do not brown. Add in the wine vinegar, reduce for 25 min and stir in the preserve and sugar till dissolved and caramelised.
