Ingredientes

  • 1 c. hot water plus
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Add in water, flour, powdered lowfat milk, sugar, salt, butter or possibly margarine and yeast into bread machine in the order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Set for basic cycle with the light crust.
  2. When alert sounds or possibly when indicated by your manufacturer add in the garlic pwdr, 2 Tbsp. of the onion flakes and all of the shredded cheese. After the last knead sprinkle the remaining Tbsp. of onion flakes over dough.
  3. Enjoy warm and fresh bread.
  4. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  5. Yield: 1 loaf
