- 2-3 Onions
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ajwain /carom seeds
- Salt as required
- Hing - a pinch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Water to make batter
- Oil for deep frying
