Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Hot water
  • 1 pkt Dry yeast
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour (up to 3)
  • 1/4 c. Amrgarine, melted
  • 1 c. Minced onion (or possibly more)
  • 2 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Pour hot water into hot mixing bowl and sprinkle yeast. Add in sugar, salt and 2 c. flour and mix. Add in additional flour to make stiff dough. Knead 5-7 min. Place in oiled bowl, cover and let rise till doubled - about one hour. Punch down, divide in half, copver and let rest five min.
  2. Place into 2 greased 9" round pands. Brush tops with melted margarine.
  3. Spinkle with onion, press onion into dough with fingers. Let rise uncovered in hot place about 45 min. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated oven450 about 20 min.
