Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. brown rice flour
  • 1 1/2 c. white rice flour
  • 1/4 c. rice bran
  • 3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 1 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp dry chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 c. molasses scant
  • 3/4 c. sourdough starter
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

Direcciones

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk to mix thoroughly. Transfer to machine. Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients. Transfer to machine.
  2. Note: Dry chopped onions may be sauteed in a little extra virgin olive oil till slightly browned. This doesn't alter the taste any but looks nice in the bread.
