Ingredientes

  • 2 med Oranges
  • 1 lrg Ripe avocado
  • 1 x Green onion -- incl
  •     Top:sliced
  •     Salt & pepper
  •     CUMIN DRESSING-----
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1 sm Clove garlic: pressed

Direcciones

  1. Using a sharp knife, cut peel and all white membrane from oranges. Cut oranges crosswise into 1/4" slices. Peel and pit avocados; cut lengthwise into 1/2" wedges.
  2. Arrange orange slices and avocado wedges on a platter. Pour cumin dressing over them. Sprinkle with onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
  3. CUMIN DRESSING: Whisk together extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, orange juice, sugar, grnd cumin, and garlic. Cover and let stand for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend. Stir to reblend before using.
