Orange And Chipotle Marinated Fish Fillets

Ingredientes

  •     Grated zest of 1 orange
  • 1/3 c. Fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 x Chipotle chili in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 lrg Clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb Snapper, flounder or possibly other lean, white fish fillet, cut into 4 serving pcs
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine the orange peel, orange juice, lime juice, chili and garlic in glass pan. Add in fish, cover and chill 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Throw away marinade and arrange fish on baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt and bake 10 min per inch of thickness, till just cooked through.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
