Orange Cheesecake

Crusty and creamy smooth orange flavored cheesecake.

Ingredientes

  • For the bottom layer
  • 180g digestive biscuits - crushed
  • 90g melted butter
  • For the top/cheese layer
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1 tin condensed milk (400g)
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3-4 drops of orange essence/1 tsp orange zest

Direcciones

  1. For the bottom layer
  2. Crumble biscuits with butter.
  3. Press into a greased pan
  4. Place in the fridge
  5. For the top/cheese layer
  6. Cream cheese till soft and smooth.
  7. Pour in juice, condensed milk and essence/zest.
  8. Continue to cream to mix all the ingredients.
  9. Pour over the bottom/biscuit layer.
  10. Bake at 170c for 1/2 hour.
  11. (The cheese will be soft and jiggly/wobbly in the center)
  12. Let it cool down and if possible chill for 24 hours.
  13. Slice and enjoy with slices of oranges (optional)
