Receta Orange Chicken – Low Calorie
by Muna Kenny

Time for some takeaway, or maybe not! Orange Chicken is everyone’s favorite Chinese take away. You might want to avoid it since the chicken is deep fried, but not in my recipe

I kept the entire flavor in and took out all the extra calories, You can now enjoy a very light version.

Chinese food are tasty, take less time to make, and make you hungry 20 minutes later. I thought the last part is a myth, but from my experience, it is very true. You think you had your dinner/lunch and you’re off eating for the night, just to be surprised 20 minutes later that you’re still hungry. This leads to some before bedtime munch.

Well, I can’t promise that this recipe will keep you full for so long, but at least with such few calories, munching later won’t be adding huge number of calories.

The chicken is tender, and I kept the sauce mild since some are not fond of chili. Making this dish will hardly take 20 minutes.

Note: Calories calculated do not include the white rice.
