I have avoided Chinese restaurants ever since I started my low carb eating plan.
Why?
Well, it’s because of the rice.
I love rice and I don’t think I could dine at a Chinese restaurant without ordering the rice too.
But oh how I miss going to these types of restaurants. So, I have been on an Asian cuisine kick at home lately.
The hubby would always order Orange Chicken. I never would just because it was coated in some kind of batter and then fried. Sinful. Very sinful.
And I get to bask in all the glory of making my version of orange chicken and watching as everyone devours it and then claims it as better than the restaurants.
Now that’s what I call success.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
