Ingredientes

  • 3 x Navel oranges, scrubbed
  • 1/2 c. Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 c. Peanut oil
  • 1/4 c. Roasted sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. Using a vegetable peeler, remove just the orange part of the orange peel.
  2. Place it in a nonaluminum saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and simmer gently for 15 min. Remove from heat and let stand, undisturbed, till cold. Strain through a coffee filter into a clean bottle.
  3. Yield: about 1 pint
