Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 1/2 lb fresh salmon filets

Direcciones

  1. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, and wine in a shallow pan.
  2. Add in the salmon filets and marinate for 30 min or possibly up to 2 hrs.
  3. Broil or possibly grill the salmon till tender, about 6 to 7 min per side.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  5. Serving size: 3 ounces.
