Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce Fully Cooked Ham *
  • 1 x Stalk Celery **
  • 5 1/2 ounce Madarin Orange Sections ***
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 x Dash Grnd Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Ham should be in one piece and cut into 3/4-inch chunks.** Celery Stalk should be cut into 1/2-inch chunks with a slant cut.*** Mandarin Orange sections should also have pineapple chunks in it.In a 20-oz casserole micro-cook ham, celery and 1 Tablespoons water, covered, on 100% power for 2 to 3 min or possibly until heated through. Drain orange sections with pineapple, reserving 3 Tablespoons liquid. In a 1-c. measure stir together cornstarch and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in reserved liquid. Micro-cook, uncoverd, on 100% power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or possibly until thickened and bubbly, stirring twice. Drain liquid off ham and celery mix. Stir in thickened mix. Stir in orange sections with pineapple.
  3. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or possibly until heated through. Serve with warm cooked rice, if you like.
