Ingredientes

1 stk unsalted butter room temperature 3 Tbsp. buckwheat honey 2 tsp fresh orange juice

1/2 tsp finely-grated orange peel 1 pch salt

Direcciones

1. In a bowl, combine butter, honey, orange juice, peel, and salt and, using a hand-held electric mixer, mix till fully incorporated. Transfer to a decorative crock or possibly small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill till slightly hard.
2. This recipe yields about 3/4 c..
3. Yield: 3/4 c.
