Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Extra-lean grnd beef
  • 1/4 c. Quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. Green onions, minced fine
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, if you like
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Fat-free egg product, thaw
  • 8 ounce Pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Reduced-sugar orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced green onions
  • 1/8 tsp Allspice

  1. Prep Time: 30 min
  2. In medium bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into about 36 (1-inch) balls.
  3. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat till warm. Add in meatballs; cook 8 to 10 min or possibly till meatballs are browned and centers are no longer pink, turning frequently.
  4. Stir in all sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 min or possibly till thoroughly heated, stirring once.
  5. 12 servings
  6. TIP: To make ahead, prepare meatballs in sauce as directed above. Place in covered container; chill. To reheat, place in microwave-safe bowl;microwave on HIGH till thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
