Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Orange roughy fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 1 x Lemon, cut into wedges

Direcciones

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
  2. Heat butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Arrange fillets in skillet. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover skillet and simmer 8-10 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
  3. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
