Orange Roughy In Wine Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Orange roughy
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 x Chopped garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter/margarine
  • 1 sm Minced tomato, (1/2 c.)
  • 1/3 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Snipped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Thaw fish, if frzn. In 10-inch skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter.
  2. Add in fish, tomato, wine, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover; cook over low heat 10-12 min or possibly till fish is done. Remove fish, keep hot. Blend lowfat milk and cornstarch; add in to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook 1-2 min more. Pour over fish.
