Ingredientes

  •     Grated peel of 1/2 fresh
  •     Orange
  • 1/3 c. Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 c. Corn oil
  • 1/4 c. Chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp Dry rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Shark or possibly halibut (1" Pcs)
  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 1 x Orange, unpeeled, cut in 12
  •     Wedges
  •     Warm cooked brown rice
  •     (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine orange peel & juice, oil, onion, rosemary, thyme & salt in shallow dish. Add in fish & scallops, marinate 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Or possibly marinate in tightly sealed bag, turning occasionally. Arrange orange wedges, fish & scallops alternately on 4 skewers. Place on broiler pan; broil 4" from heat 12-14 min, turning & brushing occasionally with remaining marinade. Serve alone or possibly with cooked brown rice.
