- 4-5 orange
- 1 1/2 cups of Vanilla ice cream
- 3-4 tbsp of sugar
2 Cardmom powdered
1. Combine
the orange peices, sugar, vanilla ice-cream,cardmom and blend in a blender till the
mixture is smooth and frothy.
2. Pour
equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
