- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1 T milk
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped oreo cookies
- 4 oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 (15 oz) packages Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 shells per package)
Garnish: 4-6 oreo cookies, crushed
In a large bowl beat cream cheese until light and creamy. Beat in mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and coffee creamer. Fold in chopped oreo cookies. Fill mini shells with 1 rounded teaspoon of oreo cheesecake mixture. Chill shells for 1 hour. Sprinkle with crushed oreo cookies. Serve

1-24 oz. Kraft Philadelphia Ready to Eat Heavenly Classic Filling
2 (15 oz) packages Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 shells per package)
1/2-1 cup coarsely chopped oreo cookies
4 oreo cookies, crushed
Transfer ready-to-eat cheesecake filling into a large bowl. Fold in coarsely chopped oreo cookies. Fill mini fillo shells with cheesecake filling. Chill for 1 hour. Sprinkle shells with crushed oreo cookies. Serve.
