Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger
  • 1 bn Scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lb Grnd pork or possibly turkey
  • 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
  • 5 ounce Sliced waterchestnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 lb Wide egg noodles, uncooked
  • 3 c. Boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Chop scallions, separating green part from white part. Saute/fry garlic, ginger and white part of scallions in oil in skillet or possibly wok for 30 seconds. Add in meat, saute/fry, breaking up with a spoon. Cook till no longer pink, about 5 min. Add in soy sauce, waterchestnuts, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, stirring. Add in boiling water and noodles and stir well. Cover and cook over medium heat till noodles are tender, about 7 min. Garnish with minced green scallion parts.
