Ingredientes

  • 1 x Env. Golden brown Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 c. Unbleached All-purpose Flour
  • 2 x Large Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Buttermilk *
  • 3 lb Chicken Cut into Serving Pieces
  • 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly Butter, Melted

Direcciones

  1. Substitution: Blend 1 1/2 t lemon juice with sufficient lowfat milk to equal 1/2 c.; let stand 5 min.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine golden brown onion recipe soup mix with flour; set aside. Beat Large eggs with buttermilk. Dip chicken pcs in buttermilk mix, then flour mix, coating well. Place in large shallow baking pan, on rack, and refrigerate30 min. Drizzle with butter, then bake 45 min or possibly till well done.
  3. NOTE:This is a great recipe for picnics or possibly just eating on the patio.
