%20of%20SeaBass%20and%20other%20family%20members,%20so%20I%20thought%20I'd%20try%20something%20a%20bit%20different%20this%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20came%20up%20with%20this%20marinade%20for%20my%20ribs%20and%20I%20must%20say,%20I'm%20pretty%20pleased.%20A%20nice%20balance%20of%20sweet%20and%20spicy,%20I%20still%20manage%20to%20get%20my%20vinegar%20content%20and%20the%20addition%20of%20lemon%20really%20lifts%20the%20whole%20thing%20and%20gives%20it%20some%20freshness.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20nice%20thing%20about%20this%20marinade%20is%20it's%20not%20overwhelming%20in%20it's%20raw%20form%20so%20you%20can%20really%20get%20in%20there%20and%20taste%20it%20as%20you're%20putting%20together%20and%20adjust%20it%20to%20your%20liking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20just%20kept%20playing%20until%20I%20was%20satisfied...the%20honey%20was%20a%20total%20afterthought%20but%20I%20think%20it%20really%20helped%20to%20create%20the%20sugary%20glaze%20the%20ribs%20ended%20up%20with.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20give%20the%20recipe%20a%20try....and%20play%20with%20it!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOven%20Baked%20Ribs%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20all%20ingredients%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20over%20rack%20of%20ribs%20in%20a%20shallow%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecover%20ribs%20with%20saran%20wrap%20and%20refrigerate%20overnight.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20300%20degrees.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECover%20ribs%20with%20foil%20and%20bake%20on%20middle%20rack%20for%203%20hours%20or%20until%20meat%20is%20tender%20and%20bones%20slide%20easily%20away%20from%20meat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20foil%20for%20the%20last%201/2%20hour%20of%20cooking%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBaste%20ribs%20with%20juices%20in%20the%20dish%20every%2030%20minutes%20while%20baking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20I%20actually%20had%20just%20a%20dash%20of%20cloves%20in%20my%20original%20version%20of%20the%20recipe%20but%20I'm%20totally%20not%20a%20fan%20of%20cloves%20and%20even%20the%20minute%20amount%20I%20had%20in%20the%20marinade%20bugged%20the%20crap%20out%20of%20me%20so%20I've%20omitted%20it%20here....if%20you%20like%20cloves%20though,%20I'd%20totally%20add%20it%20back%20in.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
