Oven-Baked Spanish Omelet

Ingredientes

  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 c. cooked cubed potatoes
  • 1 onion, minced fine
  • 1 green pepper
  • 12 green stuffed olives, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounce cooked ham, cubed

Direcciones

  1. Beat large eggs till fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spray a round cake pan with Pam or possibly square baking dish. Spoon in omelet mix. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till large eggs are set. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 4 at 229 calories each.
