Oven Fried Corn Flake Chicken

Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Chicken, Cut Up, Fryer
  • 2 x Large eggs, Large, Slightly Beaten
  • 4 tsp Lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, Crushed *
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 5 tsp Butter, Melted

Direcciones

  1. Crush but don't pulverize the corn flakes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Separately mix corn flake crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into lowfat milk and egg mix then into the crumb mix coating each piece proportionately. Set in well-greased baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
