Ingredientes

  • Nonstick spray coating
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups 1/4 inch thick zucchini slices, onion rings, or cauliflower flowerets
  • 2 Tbsp reduced calorie Italian salad dressing

Direcciones

  1. Spray a cold baking sheet with nostick spray coating.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a nine inch pie plate stir together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and paprika until well mixed.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl place zucchini, onion rings, or cauliflower.
  5. Drizzle vegetables with salad dressing; toss until coated.
  6. Then, roll vegetables in crumb mixture until coated.
  7. Place the coated vegetables in a single later on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake vegetables at 450 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until golden.
