Ingredientes

  • 8 lb Pork butt
  •     Hawaiian Rock Salt or possibly coarse grnd Kosher Salt
  • 5 x -(up to)
  • 6 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 6 x -(up to)
  • 8 x Leaves (or possibly banana, taro, or possibly Spinach leaves)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees Rub pork butt with salt and Liquid Smoke. Wrap first in leaves and then in heavy foil. Place seam side up in a roaster with a lid. Cover and bake for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat and bake 3 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees. Shred into pcs and serve in a bit of its own juice.
