Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 1 1/2 doz Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Green Onion, minced
  •     Oven Canadian style bacon

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat butter in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish; tilt dish to coat bottom with butter.
  2. In large bowl beat Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and salt till blended. Stir in onion, pour into baking pan. Bake about 35 min till Large eggs are set but still moist. While omelet is baking, bake Canadian style bacon. Cut omelet into 12-3 inch squares. Arrange on large platter with bacon slices.
  3. Makes12 servings.
