Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Butter, melted
  • 100 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 2 1/2 quart Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Divide butter among four 13x9x2-inch baking dishes. Combine Large eggs and salt; mix well. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Pour proportionately into baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10 min; stir. Bake 10-15 min more or possibly till Large eggs are set. Serve immediately.
  2. Yield: 100 servings.
