Ingredientes

  • 4 x Scallions Trimmed, cut into 2" julienne
  • 2 x Inches Ginger, julienned
  • 4 x 4 Ounce Flounder, Red Snapper, Walleye, Or possibly Sole Fish
  • 2 Tbsp. Light Or possibly Reduced Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 dsh Warm Chili Oil, --or possibly--
  • 1 dsh Red Pepper Flakes
  •     Cilantro, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In a baking dish put 1/3 of the ginger and the scallion on the bottom.
  2. Putthe fish fillets atop. Place the remaining scallion and ginger atop the fish. Combine the remaining ingredients (not the cilantro) and pour over thefish. Let stand for 15 min. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 min or possibly till fish flakes when pressed gently.
  3. Garnish with cilantro.
  4. Hope you enjoy. Great with rice pilaf
  5. NOTES : This is a quick, easy recipe and tastes great. Use a "cheaper"
  6. piece of fish to keep the cost down
