Ovenbaked Purple Potato Chips

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  •     Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 3 lrg Purple potatoes sliced very thin

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix oil, salt, sugar, cayenne pepper and lime juice in large bowl. Add in to potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheets. Bake till potatoes begin to brown on bottom, about 15 min. Turn potatoes over and bake till crisp and brown, about 20 min. Sprinkle with additional salt if necessary.
