Coconut Steel Cut Oats.
Made in your slow cooker,
the oats cook overnight...
In the morning...
breakfast is served.
- Overnight Coconut Pecan Steel Cut Oats
- 2 cup steel cut oats
- 8 cups water
- 1- 15 oz can coconut milk
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 T ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 2 t brown sugar
- 4 T flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Lightly butter 6 quart slow cooker
Put all ingredients into slow cooker, stir.
Cook on low 6-7 hours.
