Overnight Layered Green Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 med head Iceberg lettuce
  • 1/8 c. Green Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 c. Celery (diced)
  • 1/4 c. Water Chestnuts (liquid removed)
  • 1 c. Frzn peas
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  •     Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
  •     Sprinkle Garlic pwdr
  • 1 x Hard cook minced egg
  • 2 piece Bacon (fried)
  • 1 med Tomato

Direcciones

  1. Shred lettuce and place in shallow serving dish. Top with green onion, celery and water chestnuts (liquid removed and sliced). Sprinkle peas over salad. Spread mayonnaise proportionately over the top. Sprinkle sugar, parmessan cheese, salt, and garlic pwdr over top. Cover and refrigerate24 hours.
  2. Just before serving, sprinkle Large eggs and bacon (or possibly bacon bits) over salad. Cut tomato into wedges and arrange around salad.
  3. Makes about 4 servings
