Receta Oyster Artichoke Dip

- Saute/fry onions in butter. Drain oysters; add in oysters to green onions. Add in mushrooms and simmer till the oysters begin to curl on the edges. Add in the artichokes. Place the mix in a blender or possibly food processor and blend till well mixed. Add in sherry wine to get the proper dip consistency. Serve in a chafing dish with either toasted bread squares or possibly small oyster patties.
