Ingredientes

  • 1 bn green onions, minced
  • 1 stk butter
  • 3 x -(up to)
  • 3 1/2 doz oysters
  • 1 can (large) mushroom stem & pcs
  • 1 can Artichokes
  •     Sherry or possibly white wine

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions in butter. Drain oysters; add in oysters to green onions. Add in mushrooms and simmer till the oysters begin to curl on the edges. Add in the artichokes. Place the mix in a blender or possibly food processor and blend till well mixed. Add in sherry wine to get the proper dip consistency. Serve in a chafing dish with either toasted bread squares or possibly small oyster patties.
