Ingredientes

  • 1/2 stk margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 bn Green onions, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts, liquid removed, cut into bite-sized
  • 1 can Chicken broth (large)
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x 10-ounce jar of oysters
  •     Cayenne pepper
  •     Worcestershire sauce
  •     Salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and saute/fry green onions and garlic till soft. Add in artichokes, sprinkled with flour, and stir to coat well. Don't BROWN.
  2. Add in chicken stock; let it simmer for 15 min.
  3. Drain oysters, reserving the liquid, and checking for shell bits and sand.
  4. Add in oysters and their liquid to the soup.
  5. Season to taste, using cayenne pepper, Worcestershire, and salt. Simmer for another 10-15 min.
  6. Can be chilled and kept overnight (in fact, the flavors improve) and then heated before serving.
