Ingredientes

  •     Unsalted butter, clarified
  • 4 ounce jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 5 ounce peeled and deveined shrimp
  •     Blackening Seasoning
  •     White Rice

Direcciones

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet. Add in 1 - 2 ounce. of clarified butter. Add in shrimp and cook till halfway done. Add in crabmeat and sprinkle with blackening seasoning. Mix shrimp and crabmeat together. Spoon onto a plate serve with white rice.
