Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Corn pulp
  • 2 x Egg, separated
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Canned or possibly fresh corn may be used. To the corn pulp add in the beaten egg yolks, flour and seasoning. Add in the stiffly beaten egg whites and blend.
  2. Drop by spoonfuls the size of an oyster on a warm buttered frying pan and brown.
