Ingredientes

  • 2 can (16-ounce) stewed tomatoes
  • 4 x Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp Each salt, basil
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 8 dsh Warm sauce
  • 1 c. Each minced onion,
  •     Green pepper, mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. Butter, melted
  • 2 can (10.5-ounce) tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 1 1/2 c. Cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. Cooked, diced ham
  • 2 can (12-ounce) oysters, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. White wine
  • 1/2 c. Stuffed olives, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Combine tomatoes, bouillon cubes, salt, basil, sage & warm sauce in large, heavy pan. Bring to boil & simmer 30 min. Saute/fry onions, pepper & mushrooms in butter. Stir vegetables, soup, water & meat into tomato mix. Simmer 10 min. Add in wine & oysters. Simmer 5-8 min. Stir in olives & serve.
