Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Veg. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 1/2 x Bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Green onion, minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 1/2 c. Oyster liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1/4 tsp Warm sauce
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 doz oysters
  • 3 c. Rice or possibly noodles, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Lightly brown onion and bell pepper in oil and margarine. Add in 1/4 c. water, cook for 5 min. Stir in parsley and green onion. Add in warm water, oyster liquid, Worcestershire sauce, Kitchen Bouquet and warm sauce. Cook over medium heat for 15 min. Stir in oysters and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 15 min. Serve over cooked rice or possibly noodles.
