Ingredientes

  • 125 gm Trimmed lean organic beef
  •     Preferably feather steak
  • 2 tsp Shallots, finely minced and trimmed, optional
  • 1 tsp Fresh herbs, finely minced, optional
  • 1 pch Freshly grnd black pepper
  •     Salt
  • 4 x Oysters, shelled
  • 1 x Bun

Direcciones

  1. Mince or possibly finely chop the beef. Mix the meat with the shallots, herbs and pepper, and shape it into a hard patty shape, roughly the size of the bun, enclosing the oysters in the meat. Have the grill warm, or possibly use a well-seasoned cast-iron or possibly non-stick frying pan. Cook the hamburger on both sides till done to your liking. Lightly salt it and serve warm on a lightly toasted soft bap.
