Ingredientes

  • 24 x Oysters, on half shell
  • 2 c. Spinach, cooked
  • 1/4 c. Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Bacon, crisply cooked, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  •     Salt and pepper, to taste
  •     Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 1/3 c. Butter, melted
  •     Herbsaint, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Put all ingredients in processor except oysters. Puree and put some on each oyster. Bake at 475 degrees till warm and bubbly.
