Ingredientes

  • 1 1/8 lb potatoes sliced thin,
  •     and fried until crisp
  • 1 1/8 lb cucumbers peeled, sliced thin
  • 3 x hard-boiled egg whites thinly sliced
  •     (from the boiled Large eggs used for the sauce)
  • 10 x lettuce leaves
  • 1 x tomato
  • 3 x hard-boiled Large eggs yolks only
  • 1 med boiled potato
  • 2/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp powdered lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  •     Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mash the egg yolks and the potato together, add in the melted butter and blend until smooth. Mix the powdered lowfat milk, pepper, sugar, vinegar and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Mix the potato chips, cucumbers, and sliced egg whites with the sauce. Pile it on a big, flat dish lined with the lettuce leaves. Put the sliced tomatoes decoratively in the center.
  3. This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
