Ingredientes

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 2 (6 ounce) packages. Saffron rice
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can chopped clams
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 pkg. frzn peas (semi-thawed)
  • 1 pound shrimp (semi-thawed)

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken in oil; remove and add in sausage (cut into bite size pcs), green pepper, onion, and tomatoes. Saute about 7-8 min; drain.In 4-quart casserole put together rice, water, clams with juice, sausage, pepper and onion. Mix with chicken pcs on top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 min. Add in artichokes (cut in half), peas and shrimp. Stir to blend; cover and continue cooking for 30 min more or possibly till rice is done.
