- In a medium bowl whisk together Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and orange juice.
- Heat butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high till melted.
- Dip bread in egg mix and cook in skillet 2 to 3 min per side or possibly till golden brown. Add in more butter and oil as needed. Serve with fresh fruit and powdered sugar or possibly maple syrup.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
