Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. 2% lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 12 slc day-old French bread, 1" thick
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly vegetable oil as needed

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and orange juice.
  2. Heat butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high till melted.
  3. Dip bread in egg mix and cook in skillet 2 to 3 min per side or possibly till golden brown. Add in more butter and oil as needed. Serve with fresh fruit and powdered sugar or possibly maple syrup.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
