  • 1/4 tsp Jeera | Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee | Clarified Butter
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • Water to knead
  • Oil to fry the parathas
