- 1/4 tsp Jeera | Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Ajwain
- 1 Tbsp Ghee | Clarified Butter
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic, crushed and minced
- 1 Small Onion finely chopped
- Water to knead
