Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Warm turkey Sausage, cut in
  •     Bite size pcs
  • 1 can Pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 med Green pepper, minced
  • 3 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1 pkt Mickey Gilley's Chili
  •     Seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Catalina Dressing(lo-cal)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch mixed with 2 Tablespoons
  •     Water

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic in large pot. Add in remaining ingredients except red wine and cornstarch-water mix. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1/2 hour. Add in red wine; Add in cornstarch-water mix to desired thickness. Simmer and serve. This is very warm and spicy.
